**On your outdoor practices please start Running – Stretching – Throwing around your scheduled start time. Bring your team onto the infield after you warm up approximately 15 minutes after your scheduled start time. So for example the 7:15 start times should start to run stretch and throw at 7:15 and be ready to come into the infield area at 7:30. This does not pertain to early start times as there is nobody in front of you.

**For your facility practices plan on being there for 90 minutes at a minimum. You will have the cages and mounds for 60 min – 75 min based on whether or not you are sharing the space. Then you will be doing a speed strength agility session for the last 20-40 minutes. Indoor practices and speed and agility nights are now combined into one.

**I will work back and forth between the facility and Outdoor sessions this Winter and Spring. I will be spending more time with the Pitchers, Catchers and Hitters in the indoor sessions in January and some of Feb. Maneuver your schedules when need be by just communicating with the other coaches. I would like to see more live action between comparable teams in the Spring. Can never fully simulate Live without going Live.

**Some of our feedback was that 3 days a week was a lot of back and forth traveling to the facility and outdoor practices so we adjusted to see how this format will work. We have combined your indoor hitting with your speed agility strength nights.
